helpful staff good equipment cooperative staff
The hotel has a sport center. I used it. It had good equipment. The staff at the restaurant are special. They were helpful. Dilan, Melek, and Bader are very cooperative staff members. I thank them.
The street outside the hotel can get quite busy.

A generally positive experience
modern equipment helpful staff visible mold worn furniture
The gym impressed me. It contained ample modern equipment. I also found the front desk staff very helpful, especially Ibrahim, Yasin, and Samey. They were attentive to all requests.
I noticed some issues with cleanliness in my room. There was visible mold in the shower. I also found the furniture and the shower in the bathroom to be somewhat worn out.

a luxurious experience!
modern design genuine relaxation
I found the rooms beautifully designed. they were modern and super clean. the rooms provided a supremely comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The bed was so comfy. the spa facilities reflected thoughtful detail and a focus on genuine relaxation!
The gym looked decent, but i did not use it. the pool, however, was a disappointment. it's located in the basement. it was freezing cold, and the area was uninviting. That was an inconvenience.

The staff was courteous. they were attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. the entire experience felt personal and seamless. every request was handled quickly and with such kindness. I was touched.

Wonderful stay with really good service!
steam rooms convenient location fresh breakfast
The breakfast selection was fresh and varied. I particularly enjoyed the sauna and steam rooms. They were well-kept. The hotel offered a very convenient location. I found it easy to reach main attractions.
