This hotel had a great location, so I appreciate it. My room was very very comfy and tidy, that was nice. I also found the breakfast to be very good with a lot of variety. I especially appreciate the fresh orange juice, it made a fine addition.
I am not happy with sound isolation inside my room. I could clearly hear noise from corridor all the time. It was loud, so that was frustrating. I also noticed water in my shower had unstable temperature. That makes taking shower an unpleasant experience.

Underwhelming Stay in Heritage Room

The location was convenient for getting around town without a car.
The Heritage Room felt cramped. Space around the bed was minimal and there were no closets for clothes. I also had difficulty finding basic hotel information such as the WiFi password on the digital tablet in the room.

The location was central. It made exploring so easy. breakfast impressed me. The selection was extensive and fresh. i particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar. The views were very nice and the cocktails were delicious!!!

Fantastic hotel near station

I thought the hotel design was very nice. I also thought the integrated casting in the tv was useful. The hotel location is great next to the station, so transport is simple.
The staff was not helpful when I asked for a late checkout. I was refused this request and no options were suggested.

The hotel enjoys a position conveniently opposite the central station, providing easy access to transport. This placement allows quick travel to various destinations and simplifies arrival and departure processes . Despite the station proximity, there is no excessive noise from either trains or traffic.

Staff demonstrate friendliness and a helpful attitude. They ensure guests feel welcome and are quick to assist with requests. The staff maintain the reception with fresh lemon, mint water, and ice for a cool welcome.

the hotel's location near the station was convenient.
I was disappointed by the breakfast selection. It felt basic. the hot items were under heat lamps. they also lacked toasters for the bread, just odd.
