Central Location and lovely staff

The location was central to many places to eat and visit AS a tourist. EVERYTHING was very walkable. I stayed in the beautiful double room and it was very quiet.

I found the breakfast selection excellent , because it featured both familiar dishes and new , interesting tastes. Replenishment was quick in a supportive atmosphere. The service at reception was excellent.

the team provided really good customer service from my arrival. they remembered my birthday and made it special (i was surprised!). the staff resolved a minor issue with the hot water quickly and with a smile. breakfast offered fresh and delicious choices each morning. (the pastries were a delight)
the room was a little noisy due to street traffic.

the hotel is right opposite bitexco tower providing an excellent landmark i found the staff very friendly and helpful assisting with tours and taxis efficiently i enjoyed the jacuzzi on the roof after city excursions it was relaxing i also received afternoon tea and a cocktail at a sister hotel which was a nice touch.
the room was a bit noisy due to traffic outside though the earplugs provided helped manage it.

the beautiful double room had tea and coffee making facilities inside i appreciated the large comfortable bed it helped me unwind after long days of sightseeing the room was also kept everything was super clean .

the hotel benefits from proximity to many restaurants it is situated right in the city centre i found moving around the city very easy as the hotel had taxis available the hotel offers easy access to key attractions.
