Renovated Room and Convenient Location

The room was nicely decorated and clean. The shower was GREAT. I was pleased to find a new style decor room, with a lovely accent chair. The bathroom was modern (I liked it). The location was perfect. I found it was an easy walk to the town center and Grove theatre. Staff were friendly and helpful .

The breakfast had a good selection of pastries, toast, cereal, and fruit. The breakfast area was clean. (I liked the options). Currently, there is no food or drink on site.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, I really appreciated their service. I was greeted by a lovely lady at the reception. She gave me a very nice welcome when I arrived. She also served me at the bar when needed.

The location was perfect as it was a short drive from my work visit. It is in a quiet location. I could easily walk to walkable options. Ample parking is available.

the room was an executive twin room! it was super spacious and clean. the coffee-making facilities were a real plus. parking was good and i could reach the shops easily, it was great!

I found that the hotel needs updating as it seems different from the pictures! it was quite a shock. I hope they improve soon

reception was open 24 hours, it was a great thing, really useful after a late night concert! the reception staff were friendly and helpful, managing a very early check-in when a room was available. it was such a relief after traveling overnight with no sleep!
