the ground floor courtyard room was perfect after the staff moved me. i appreciated their help with the several step changes earlier. the menu provided a good wine list at reasonable prices. the showers in the rooms were very good.

The ground floor room i requested lacked sufficient soundproofing. Traffic noise was noticeable.

the breakfast included many choices i found attentive staff. the rooms include spacious layouts and beautiful decorations. plentiful parking sits on the hotel and gardens offer a tranquil space. i enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the cleanliness throughout the building
my shower temperature proved difficult to adjust i found this a minor inconvenience

as a coeliac, i appreciated the menu's extensive gluten-free options. the food was excellent, offering more than just standard fare. i particularly enjoyed the crispy chilli beef salad, and the staff were lovely, attentive, and friendly too.
the shower temperature control was broken, making it difficult to use.

my room LACKED proper heating. The radiators did not function properly. a small electric radiator provided minimal warmth and generated considerable noise throughout the night. This made sleep difficult and the morning shower unpleasant.

Our family enjoyed the spacious room.. each one featured a unique décor. Bathrooms was beautiful and large. Extra touches included tea, coffee facilities, and lovely toiletries. Every staff member we met seemed super friendly and helpful.
The room felt cold upon arrival. The radiators were not working at all. Only a small electric radiator was available, running all night, and barely provided enough heat to shower in the morning.

i really liked the outside patio and garden area it was great for having a drink outside in the sunshine dinner was very good and breakfast was lovely and filling the room was very comfortable too but it should be at that price.
i was given room 7 for a second time it's very noisy as it's on the main road with really bad traffic noise the shower temperature control is broken which makes it virtually impossible to control the temperature

good parking is available for a classic car behind the hotel, everything is countryside there is also a river nearby from the hotel guests can follow a beautiful circular path for about ninety minutes.
