fantastic experience
glorious poolattentive stafffresh fruit
i found the infinity pool glorious, with numerous loungers available and amazing staff. the staff quickly provided towels and iced water, i really appreciated it. breakfast offered many choices including fresh fruit and juices. i liked the multiple dining options, the private beach, and swimming next to the bandar al jissah arch. staff were really good and caring (especially the lifeguards).

the breakfast had a very good selection of food. i especially liked the fresh juice. the room was so big and clean. the pool area was quiet and beautiful.
i found the restaurant wait times long. the waitress was not very friendly either. when we ordered something to eat in our room, the service called to ask if i would rather have something else, as he would otherwise have to walk further.

Breakfast offered many choices with well-cooked eggs. Afternoon tea featured delicious scones. I enjoyed dinner at the Indian restaurant and a buffet at the family resort. The grounds were well-kept, and the hotel looked very new.
The cost of alcoholic beverages was slightly higher than i expected.

The room featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. My room was big and very clean. I appreciated the quiet and beautiful setting of the room. The bedding ensured a restful experience.

The staff ensured all requests were promptly handled. Staff members were very polite and helpful. Every staff member greeted me when I walked by. The team under Patag at the Indian restaurant set a special standard.
