The bedding and pillows are comfortable. The rooms offer secured underground parking via a gate. There are many restaurants close enough to walk to, great.

The hot tub and sauna carry an extra charge. This was unexpected.

The breakfast options were quite basic for the price, i expected more variety. fresh orange juice was absent and i found no salmon. the fruit salad also seemed to lack quality. It felt more like a one-star experience than luxury. i think they need to improve the food quality to match the hotel's rating.

The room was super clean , it had unbelievable cleanliness. The staff were friendly. The rooms looked exactly like the images I saw online. I especially liked the secured underground parking , it gave me such peace of mind.

The extra charge to use the hot tub or sauna seemed excessive. I was not a fan of it. The room felt basic and needed decorating , specifically, the walls looked unpainted.
