I found the location in the castle district particularly special. i usually stay on the pest side so this was a lovely change. The manager allowed an early check-in for an extra charge, appreciated after a long trip. the bedding felt so comfy and the room was quite large, these are definite pluses.

the room access was via stairs. this detail, although typical for establishments within historical buildings, should be considered by guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage.

The breakfast featured fresh, high-quality ingredients prepared à la carte. The coffee provided was good and lactose-free milk was available. the breakfast staff were attentive and accommodating to all needs of the guests. it was a great start to each day.

The hotel has a unique feel. the location is excellent and quiet. I felt safe walking at night. it is quite near the bastion, which offers a pleasant view of the city at night. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth.

My suite was spacious, well-equipped and elegantly decorated. The suite. the limited traffic in this part of the city allowed wonderfully quiet nights, i was very grateful. the room was wonderful. The air-conditioning proved very useful during the heatwave.
