small room limited channels
the STAFF Was attentive.
The room WAS small. i EXPERIENCED issues With the shower. It lacked consistent temperature. THERE were also Very limited television channels available. This restricted Entertainment Options.

The staff helped with restaurant recommendations, and they offered useful information about local attractions. My room was quite large and spacious. I liked the rooftop bar. It had a cozy cabin to sit and have drinks, even in colder weather.
My room lacked proper storage. I found no wardrobe, only hooks with two hangers. The carpet looked scruffy, and the room had an odd odor. The pillows seemed like quilts wrapped in pillowcases (i was surprised).

the reception staff were mostly very friendly. the location was good and easy for accessing nearby areas. i found parking convenient .
Accessing rooms reminded me of a maze. It was not easy to navigate the corridors. i could hear people in adjacent rooms as if they were next to me. walking caused noticeable vibrations on the floor.

The reception staff displayed excellent customer service skills. They provided a map along with water, a simple gesture. I found chess sets located around the building. That was a nice touch.. It was a simple yet engaging addition. The hotel's location proved superb for accessing main square attractions.
The breakfast selection was somewhat disappointing. I noticed a lack of croissants, and pancakes looked late. A sheet for the bed was missing initially, and the replacement we got had blue stains. The water temperature in the bath fluctuated.. It shifted rapidly between very hot and very cold, hindering a comfortable experience.

Excellent Service and Convenient Location!
efficient coordination restaurant tips good breakfast
I accidentally left my house key at the hotel after my stay. The staff located it and coordinated an international UPS pickup to Germany. The hotel manager handled the complex shipping details personally and efficiently. I received great restaurant tips from the reception staff and enjoyed the breakfast.
