The night manager's attentiveness was really good. He offered immediate medical assistance and helpful suggestions (i really needed this!). the concierge staff displayed class and knowledge, being helpful with all our requests. i highly recommend using the hotel car service. The drivers are professional, and the prices are fair. it made getting around so easy!
The bar closed at midnight, preventing me from getting a late-night drink. It's unusual for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

The room was well kept and clean, resembling a traditional style. Amenities were provided and everything was very functional. the bathroom included all essential toiletries and was super clean. it had all the details i appreciate.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to key attractions. Everything was conveniently reachable. it offered a surprisingly quiet environment, despite being close to the old town square and václavské náměstí. i could walk there in 15 minutes!

The breakfast service included a wide choice. There was such a variety of european options. the staff was helpful and kind, with effective communication across different guests. I felt very cared for. they were always ready to assist with any needs.

the location was acceptable, placing it near transportation hubs.
My room lacked expected amenities. I found it odd that the mini-bar was empty. the heating system was very noisy. I struggled to sleep soundly because of it. the window cleanliness was poor. This negatively impacted my view.
