nice jacuzziexpired productsunderstaffed reception
the room had a jacuzzi, nice after a long day.
The minibar had expired products , i found that quite unpleasant. reception was understaffed at peak times, and i waited a long time for service. the breakfast was also quite average. It lacked variety.

The sauna provided very nice relaxation. I found the bed very comfortable. The view from my room on the sixth floor was fine. The TV embedded in the bathroom mirror was a good surprise.

noisy jacuzziineffective air conditioning
the jacuzzi in the room was very loud. i have difficulty getting it quiet. also, the air conditioning didn't work as good as i wanted. it struggled to cool down the room, and its lowest setting was only 19 degrees celsius. this wasn't ideal during a warm night, and it affected my sleep.

Acceptable Stay

My check-in went smoothly. The staff were friendly during the entire process. The room was clean, and the metro station location proved convenient, it was right in front of the hotel. Breakfast offered good options, a plus for the mornings.
The gym requires more attention. There were limited fresh towels available at the pool early in the morning. The room's air conditioning was quite noisy and did not cool effectively. the temperature was limited to 19C.
