not great for the price, honestly.
broken door no discount
the balcony door in my room was broken when i arrived! i couldn't lock it properly and it felt pretty unsafe. they just used sticky tape as a temporary fix. also, the prices were really high, maybe because it was a festival weekend, but they didn't offer any discount even with the broken door. it was quite frustrating..

great pressure clean shower
The location is excellent. It is a short walk from the Cathedral. I saw peacocks in the Alcazar gardens from my window upon entering the room.. The shower had great pressure, and everything was clean.
Checking in took a little longer than expected at the small reception desk because paperwork had to be filled.

Central Gem with Amazing Staff
alcazar gardens good pressure comfy bed
the location was fantastic, a short walk to the alcazar and cathedral. i could see peacocks in the alcazar gardens right from my room window. the shower had really good pressure and the room was clean. the ac and fan worked perfectly and the pillows and bed were comfy (i slept like a baby).
checking in took a little longer than expected because i had to fill out paperwork. it felt a bit cramped near the small reception desk. the hotel should send that paperwork in advance to save time (it would be much easier).

a romantic stay near THE alcázar
friendly staff champagne bottle private terrace quiet location
The staff offered a warm welcome, so lovely! a complimentary bottle of champagne awaited us in our room, such a sweet touch for our honeymoon. our room was spacious with a private terrace. i appreciate the quietness near the heart of the city. A SUPER location.
The check-in process took a little longer than expected. Paperwork needed completing at the small reception desk.

decent location. some issues.
central location helpful staff complimentary snack lengthy check-in small corridor expensive breakfast
the location was very central. it was close to the cathedral. the staff was friendly and helpful. we also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and snacks each day after sightseeing.
checking in took longer than expected. we had to fill out paperwork. it seemed like we were in the way. the small corridor served as the entrance and exit of the hotel. the breakfast was a la carte with a 20 euro cover charge for adults and kids.

Mixed feelings about the room
security compromised high prices
The location was indeed central, close to the attractions.
The receptionist said he would call maintenance, it was late, and they couldn't locate maintenance. In the end, the doors had to be stuck together with some sticky tape (i took a picture of it), so security was compromised. Because it was a festival weekend, their prices were high. Given this situation, i asked for a discount, but nothing was given.
