this spot is recently renovated. it shows in the gorgeous contemporary decor. the location IS perfect. i walked everywhere, landmarks, the Corte Ingles, and cool shopping areas. staff members were polite and helpful .

the breakfast, though adequate, lacked vegan options despite prior notice i gave, and the slow service stretched over an hour, slightly diminishing the morning enjoyment

i found a few things disappointing. the lack of natural light in the room was a real issue since it felt dark all the time. also, the staff seemed uninterested most of the time, barely acknowledging us even when we passed by.

The breakfast was quite nice. I appreciated the fresh fruit salad and the perfectly cooked scrambled eggs. The staff provided just the right level of attention. Traditional porcelain from the region was used for the table setting. I also liked the location. It provided perfect access for seeing the sights.

I requested a room with a balcony however I did not get it. I found that my room was close to a very small courtyard with no access. It meant when I opened the curtains in the morning I had no sun or natural light. I also had a draft coming from the courtyard. It really was not enjoyable
