The location was acceptable. It's close to the river.

i was frustrated to pay nearly double for new year's eve, only to find the hotel restaurant was closed for 2 days. the hotel bar also closed at 9pm on new year's eve, ridiculous. hot food at breakfast seemed poorly prepared and presented. i feel i should have been told about the limited facilities beforehand.

the location and overall feel of the hotel were great. the reception staff were friendly and cute, i appreciated their help. we stayed in a premium terrace, it overlooked the river, it was perfect. cleanliness of the hotel room and bathroom was excellent.

I was a little disappointed with the hot food at breakfast. It lacked some appeal. the other options were fine. the hot menu could be a bit more exciting.
