dim lighting slow hot water

the staff acted helpfully.

The room was not up to par with the price i paid, i had difficulties with the lighting. It was too dim. the dark walls didn't help. the hot water in the bath took forever, i just took a shower instead.

The staff spoke English well. I found them to be very helpful (which is always a plus). I really appreciated the comfortable bed and the good shower. I also enjoyed the calm, peaceful rooms.

The hotel seemed expensive for the rooms and comfort. I found it hard to locate accessible electrical sockets. There were more appliances than available sockets, a minor inconvenience.

insufficient lighting loose curtain rail

The staff proved friendly and accommodating I found that acceptable.

The room seemed dark with insufficient lighting I struggled to read. The hot water supply was slow I opted for a shower instead of a bath. The curtain rail was loose it added to the overall sense of disrepair.
