the room was comfortable it was well designed. the chef prepared excellent meals at the hotel. the iberian pork medallions were wonderful. breakfast was excellent with many choices.
the restaurant closes at 22:30 so if you want to eat after that you have to order from outside. there was an embarrassing accident from the hotel staff the hotel manager was involved. they behaved poorly and did not care about our complaints. in general the staff is very poor including the cleaning staff.

The breakfast had excellent service. I even got gluten-free pastries made just for me. staff members were always checking if i needed anything. cleanliness was excellent, the staff cleaned immediately. rooms were spacious, and very well kept.
i noticed the hotel walls seemed quite thin, i could hear noises sometimes.

The hotel is on a quiet side road near the seafront. My Oasis Premium Terrace room was spacious and clean, complete with great amenities. I liked the pool area, it was good. The gym was well-equipped, I could keep up with my workouts (even while on vacation!).
I noticed the spa had some flies .

The staff members were super friendly upon arrival and departure, their warm greetings were appreciated. Xavier, the manager, a service detail I found thoughtful and well managed.

The breakfast was really good. It had a large variety of choices.
The bar service proved quite disappointing. Staff seemed inexperienced, and the service was rather slow. The pool bar also suffered from the same problems. I expected better.
