The food was mostly acceptable. I can say the breakfast was reasonable enough.
the noise levels were quite irritating. i booked a "double room", and it was right above the bar so sleeping was difficult with all the music. also, the staff seemed less than thrilled to be there, barely making eye contact at check-in..

dinner was a standout , especially the quality of meats at the buffet. my room had a very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom, which i found quite convenient. the staff in both the bar and restaurant were efficient and pleasant , contributing to a smooth experience.
i noticed the gym's workout station needed maintenance , so some equipment wasn't in top condition. this limited my workout options a bit .

The hotel was clean and well kept. Staff members were polite and helpful . The breakfast offered an excellent and wide selection of foods, also there was a good bus connection to the centre. I found the location to be excellent and the facilities were great.
The TV had only limited English channels. More variety would be welcome.

The reception staff offered a welcome drink upon arrival. Staff provided a map of the area and a bus timetable, very helpful. If you need a kettle or iron you just ask at reception and you got it.
