the location was excellent, very central to all the main attractions. the breakfast staff were very kind and accommodating (especially for early risers). i found the reception staff super helpful with directions and suggestions for local spots.

The room was a bit compact. It would have been great to have more space to move around comfortably.

the location was good, very central for seeing the sights. the staff were also cute and helpful .

i had a few issues with the room itself. the hvac system did not work well, there seemed to be no air circulation (which meant opening and closing the window all night to regulate temperature). the breakfast was also quite basic, it lacked options i expect at a hotel that advertises itself as five-star.

The location was amazing, right next to a metro station (so convenient!). i really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It had so many options to choose from. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. i also loved the fluffy bathrobes in the room, super comfy!

i noticed a little dust on the window sill.

the location was quite convenient.

The hvac system really let me down. There was almost no air circulation. to manage the temperature, i had to open and close the window repeatedly during the night. this meant i woke up every 20 minutes, hardly a restful experience.
