FANTASTIC stay AT this GEM
great service food option comfortable mattress
The breakfast service included excellent food options i noticed. Customer service was great i must say! I slept in a spacious room it was so comfy. The mattress was comfortable i can guarantee this to everybody.
The bathroom had limited space which was not very practical. The sink area was small i felt. It was difficult to manage toiletries i really wanted to. It was not an amazing detail.

The hotel enjoys a favorable location a short distance from the historic center. The central area is about ten minutes away on foot which is really not bad. The evenings were quiet ensuring restful sleep for me and my husband.

separate sinks small balcony equipped room
i stayed in an executive double or twin room it was well equipped. the bathroom included two separate sinks i found this very convenient. the room had a small balcony overlooking the side street.
the gym is quite small it had limited equipment.

poor choices pork dishes
the staff were helpful and cute.
the breakfast was NOT good. the choices seemed poor and mostly included pork dishes. i asked three times for hot milk, but it was difficult to get, frustrating, poor breakfast choices.

totally awesome stay!
attentive staff central location easy parking superb breakfast
the staff was super attentive i loved how friendly they were. the location felt very central i could walk everywhere. valet parking was easy it made coming and going easy. breakfast was superb i got fresh omelettes every morning that i enjoyed very much.
the soundproofing could be improved i did hear some noise from other rooms. it wasn't a major issue but i noticed it.

the breakfast offers fresh, made-to-order omelettes i thought it was delicious. i saw a beautiful river view from the restaurant it was a great start to the day, every day. the restaurant has a top presentation, it's attention grabbing.

the room had a very spacious king size bed i had amazing nights of sleep. the bathroom has very gorgeous views i enjoyed it a lot. each room is uniquely decorated it had own character.

the hotel pool has great views of the river it's so relaxing. the spa has excellent services i highly recommend the couples massage. the hotel had a beautiful hot tub and sauna i took advantage of, it was excellent.

a bit underwhelmed, some issues noticed
awkward bathroom layout broken shower faucet
the breakfast buffet had a decent selection of items, including omelets made to order.
the bathroom layout proved quite awkward. the toilet's door did not fully close, a strange design choice. also, the shower faucet knob detached during its first use and that was kind of annoying.

dreadful design toilet door
The bathroom setup was awful. there was no door. Just a sink in the middle near the wall. a clothes pole stood to the right of the sink, and a tiny shower and toilet were to the left. the toilet door did not close (it was a dreadful design issue).
