substandard air conditioning impolite staff members

the location was acceptable given my purpose for travel.

The air conditioning was substandard, i found the room temperature uncomfortably warm. breakfast was also disappointing. The hot food lacked adequate heating, it was often served cold. furthermore, staff members at breakfast were impolite, a glass was snatched from me abruptly, which i found unacceptable.

nice staff welcome drink

the staff was super nice and helpful. i especially appreciated the welcome drink of local wine. the suite was big and the washroom clean, i liked it alot.

Really good City Stay

complimentary water dark drapes

The room included a complimentary bottle of water (a nice touch). There were dark drapes, so the room remained dark at night. I received a free glass of port at the bar. The staff stored my luggage after checkout.

There was minimal space for storing items in the room. A wardrobe for jackets would have been useful, especially during wet weather.

Charming Stay Downtown

welcome drink fresh towels perfect location

The staff greeted me with a welcome drink at the bar! They were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and water. I really appreciated that. The location was perfect though the parking was expensive.

The breakfast buffet needs a little improvement.

stocked minibar working safe blackout curtains

The room had a minibar stocked with water and soft drinks. A safe was available to store valuables. The blackout curtains worked well, they kept the room dark.

The gym closes early, so scheduling workouts is tough.
