excellent stay in a central location

great location helpful staff tranquil space front desk
i found the air conditioning worked very well the shower was also good i liked the location of the hotel it allowed easy access to local attractions. the staff at the front desk were first class and very helpful i appreciated their assistance. the hotel has a nice courtyard it provided a tranquil space for drinks and snacks after a busy day.
the gym is quite small it made exercising somewhat difficult due to the limited space available i would have preferred a larger workout area.

the hotel has a pool area it includes loungers and shaded sections the hotel also has an agreement with nearby parking costing only €10 per day this was useful for my rental car.

adequate, but some issues noted

small gym erratic shower
The gym was disappointingly small. I think you could barely swing a cat in there. also, the shower's temperature control was quite erratic. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold, a rather unpleasant surprise. i stayed for three nights but nobody told me of the hot water issue. it seems like the hotel needs to invest a little more in guest comfort.

I appreciated the hotel's modern design and quiet atmosphere. My room was very clean, and the staff was always helpful. The bathroom was quite spacious, I really liked this feature.
The absence of on-site parking required using a nearby parking arrangement, and I found this parking to be quite crowded.

powerful shower wide choice helpful staff
i found the shower very powerful. the breakfast had a wide choice available. i enjoyed the massage in the spa from brigitte. mateus at reception had a lovely manner and proved very helpful.
the gym felt quite small and limited my workout options. it would be better with more equipment.

the staff were very helpful, providing suggestions for local dining and attractions. they also aided with reservations and travel arrangements. breakfast featured a wide variety of options.
i found the shower water temperature difficult to regulate. it was hard to find a comfortable setting as it fluctuated between very hot and very cold.

Breakfast had a wide variety. The bar area was fun. The pool area allowed for relaxation after a day of sightseeing..
The shower water temperature was hard to regulate. Either very hot or cold water came out. The spa seemed understaffed. Massage started 20 minutes late. It also ended 20 minutes early.
