really good service and beautiful rooms

i stayed in the executive superior double room it was very spacious and comfortable. the staff were helpful assisting with restaurant recommendations and directions. the bathroom was exquisite i liked the treats waiting in the room upon arrival it was a nice touch.
the soundproofing to the room door was lacking i could hear corridor noise. there was a gap between the door frame this could be improved. the hotel's age is part of its charm still some updates would be beneficial.

the reception team was helpful they assisted with restaurant bookings. the staff at breakfast were very polite and attentive offering warm service. the car parking service added convenience to the stay it was very efficient.

the staff helped me with dinner reservations and directions. the location was good for walking to sites. breakfast included a nice selection of eggs and hot options, though i felt it was a little small.
The soundproofing to the room door wasn't great, and i could hear corridor noise. a gap was present between the door frame. also, the minibar selection was quite limited. I wished for more variety.

I RECEIVED a welcome drink and homemade cookies upon arrival which i considered a lovely touch. I was upgraded to a gorgeous room. I hadn't expected that since i booked at the last minute. The garden and pool area are super charming. I enjoyed wine and snacks there. IT was like an elegant, hidden gem.
THE sound proofing wasn't great for the room door. I heard corridor noise. There's a gap in the door frame. THE building's age is part of its charm but the door could improve.

THE staff is super helpful and attentive. They ensure guests feel comfortable. THE reception team helped with restaurant bookings and winery visits. Their assistance was invaluable. The staff sent me off with a packed breakfast. They knew I had an early flight.
