bed size suite size high cleanliness excellent service
The bed size was really good and the suite provided ample space. I found the cleanliness perfect throughout the entire hotel. The location is convenient, offering easy access to various attractions. The customer service was excellent, with staff members addressing my needs promptly.

Excellent Hotel Experience

The breakfast included many options and fresh ingredients. My Comfort Queen Room had a very spacious bathroom and ample storage space. The rooftop pool area provided great views, and I spent time at the bar. I did appreciate the convenient parking offered at the hotel for 15 EUR per day.
The gym equipment seemed a bit outdated. It could benefit from some modernization.

excellent breakfast indoor pool
Breakfast was excellent. Staff helped to book a taxi to the airport and I got there safely. I liked the gym and indoor pool. The room was nice.
I could hear the people talking in the rooms next door.

fresh food rooftop pool ineffective air conditioning loud guests
the breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh food i especially liked. the rooftop pool was fabulous it was one of the highlights of my stay. i ate in the hotel restaurant one evening the food was delicious and well-prepared.
the air conditioning was not effective the room was too warm for me. there were loud guests in the room next door both nights i had to contact reception to address this

Excellent Hotel with Great Amenities
clean room helpful staff
The hotel room was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices (especially fresh fruit!).
The air conditioning was not working properly, so the room was too warm. I had to call reception to address this issue.

The hotel offers a good buffet in the restaurant for dinner. The kitchen operates from 8 PM. you can order something to eat before that time. The breakfast room turns into a bar in the evening, which creates a great party atmosphere.
