excellent stay with amazing access
easy accessfront deskbreakfast buffetwide variety
the hotel location allowed easy access to both sides of the river! the hotel had two entrances. one entrance led to the upper level of the bridge, and another led to the lower level. i booked a taxi to the airport through the front desk. the breakfast buffet included a wide variety of foods and even sparkling wine.
the bathroom lacked ventilation.

The staff was very friendly and cute, from reception to restaurants and bars. they easily helped me with directions. i was able to book a taxi to the airport via the front desk. I really appreciated this service.

This hotel has two entrances. One at the top of the bridge and another at river level! this provided flexible access to the waterfront. waterfront restaurants and excursion meeting points were also very close to the hotel.

Really good Hotel Experience

We got a welcome glass of champagne upon arrival. Our corner room on the seventh floor offered better views. I found the layout confusing at first, but clear directions are posted on the walls. (I also appreciate directions).
I stayed on the fifth floor, and the bathroom's plumbing was quite noticeable. Throughout the night, I could hear water running through the pipes. This noise was disruptive to my sleep.

Excellent Hotel by the River

The location allowed easy walks to Porto's downtown. The room was very clean and of good size. The bed featured extra pillows. I could easily walk onto the bridge and down to either side of the waterfront.
The window did not open in my room. I wish I could have had some fresh air.
