wonderful city center stay
convenient location helpful staff thoughtful touch
i found the location very convenient. it was close to the train station. many restaurants were nearby too. the staff were helpful with directions and recommendations. i really liked the welcome wine and cake upon arrival. the hotel gifted a traditional toy hammer and basil plant for the holiday. it was a thoughtful touch. i felt very welcomed and cared for .
the gym was small. i saw only a few cardio machines. some additional equipment would improve it.

The room offered a great view of the historic center, which i really enjoyed. the sixth floor had an anise scent, a good touch! the room also had tasteful design elements and felt very luxurious. I really liked the room.

The breakfast buffet had many options, so i found plenty to choose from each morning. the restaurant provided sparkling wine and dessert for my birthday, a very nice gesture. everything i ate was delicious. I was very satisfied.

the location was central. the staff was friendly, and the breakfast offered good variety and tasty options. luis at the front desk provided great suggestions and even made several reservations for me.
the cafe experience was disappointing, involving long waits and overpriced items despite low occupancy.

the breakfast buffet was excellent with many options including a wide variety of coffees. rita checked me in and explained discounts available at the hotel. she was helpful throughout my stay. the location is central and i walked everywhere.
the air conditioning unit in the ceiling made noise. it was hard to sleep with the fan on high. the faucet was positioned near the edge of the sink. washing hands was awkward as my hands bumped into the basin.

useful comforter great location convenient kettle
The room included a kettle, which allowed me to make tea whenever i wanted. i found an extra comforter in the closet. It was useful to make the firm bed more comfortable. the location was amazing. It was very walkable to shopping on st catarina street.
The sound isolation in my room was not good. I could hear street noises.

the hotel is a short walk to most tourist sites in the area. its perfect location allowed convenient access to sao bento station and numerous dining options. i found grocery shopping up the street from the hotel to be useful.

the hotel room was spacious and very clean with all necessary accessories. a modern shower was in my room, and it was spacious and clean. i especially liked the variety of pillows provided in the room.

the staff was friendly and attended very politely to all requests i made. they gave honeymooners an upgrade, very thoughtful. ordering options were available at breakfast, nice.

the location was very convenient for exploring nearby attractions. breakfast had a great selection of food. i also found the staff to be quite helpful and friendly .
my room felt quite warm. the ac was running, but it didn't seem to cool the room effectively. the housekeeping service arrived late one evening at an inconvenient time for turndown service.
