the location was very good, offering easy access to various attractions. the staff displayed friendliness and were helpful with directions. i found coffee facilities and a fridge useful additions in the room.
I experienced an issue with the air conditioner not working effectively. It struggled to cool the room. i reported it, but the problem persisted throughout my stay, impacting my comfort.

the location was acceptable, near the river.
the air conditioner was not effective, and the room never cooled down. i complained, but staff said it was fine, despite the temperature remaining high. they offered a different room, but it lacked the river view i paid for. i was unhappy with the lack of attention to this problem.

The location was superb!!! It was walking distance to the attractions. The reception staff extended a fabulous welcome. Pedro, the bartender, provided amazing hospitality.
Hallways needed refreshing. I noticed slight wear, however, the room itself was clean.

I hate to say it, but my room's air conditioning barely worked. The temperature hovered around 73 degrees. i asked about it several times, but nothing changed and i was told it was fine. they offered a different room without a view and well, i paid for the view. plus, some of the front desk staff seemed like they were auditioning for a 'world's least helpful' competition, they just were not attentive.

wonderful stay!

the room was spacious and clean. we found a little chocolate candy in our room upon arrival, that was a nice touch. the complimentary bottle of water was appreciated. the location proved nicely situated near many amenities.
i had to walk a bit to get to the parking, it was about a kilometer away. also, it came with a high cost.
