i found the location perfect for exploring. popping back in after sightseeing was easy. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! the pool was great. the room was just lovely.

my only wish is for body lotion and separate shampoo and conditioner.

The hotel staff was fantastic. The receptionists, waiters and cleaners were all so friendly and very helpful. they could not do enough for me , a lovely surprise and i felt very welcomed.

The outdoor pool and patio was a very nice place to end my day after lots of walking around. i also enjoyed the outdoor bar. The staff was super nice and cute, a really great experience overall and highly recommended.

The staff were cute. they were also friendly and helpful. i liked my room. it had complementary water, juices, a nata tart, and a danish pastry on the first day. the location was superb. Everything i wanted to see was within walking distance. the hotel provided umbrellas. I could borrow one from reception on rainy days.

The public parking nearby was always full, and i needed to wait 30 minutes for a space to become available. it was a bit frustrating. i managed to find a spot eventually.

The location was convenient. The front desk staff gave friendly, helpful dinner recommendations. The breakfast had enough options to please most (I especially liked the fresh fruit).

The shower had a leak at both ends of the hose. The body soap was not replaced in time in the shower. This left me wet with no soap. Slippers were listed in the room description but were not present. I had to request them.

The coffee maker did not work when i arrived. the outdoor furniture had dirt. Sitting there was not possible. the shower hose leaked on both ends. the body wash was not refilled promptly in the shower so i was wet without soap.
