i found THE staff very helpful. they offered a voucher for my next stay. Breakfast had many delicious options, a perfect start to each day.

the elevator did not reach the top floor, which required using stairs.

i received an upgrade upon my arrival which i found very generous. the staff were invariably happy to assist me with my requests. i specifically sought advice from a lady at the front desk and her recommendations were invaluable. i really liked the rooftop terrace.
The beautiful room i booked did not entirely meet my expectations. The air conditioning seemed not to function optimally. the view from the main window showed only a wall. It was somewhat disappointing. there were some issues with the window blinds.

My room featured comfortable beds and a functional layout. It was tidy and well kept. the shower worked perfectly, and the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of red wine, a very grateful touch.

the hotel enjoys a really central position, close to key monuments and excellent public transport links. the proximity to various dining and shopping options is convenient. i appreciated the ease of access to everything important.

The front desk staff demonstrated really good kindness assisting with last minute schedule changes. I found the location very convenient near both the train station and key attractions. Breakfast was a delight offering varied and rich choices to suit many tastes. I especially enjoyed the rooftop bar with beautiful views across the city.
The hallways looked rather narrow adding a slight inconvenience when navigating with luggage.
