diverse breakfast hot option cold option
the breakfast selection was diverse. i noticed it included both hot and cold options. complimentary water was offered daily in my chosen room. this was a good touch and much appreciated after long days.
the bathroom size was somewhat compact.

okay experience at a good location
great location breakfast choice helpful staff tiny room noisy fan night noise
the location was seriously awesome. it was super easy to get around the whole area! plus, breakfast was good with lots of choices. the staff was also very helpful, i felt very welcomed.
the room was super tiny, it was hard to move around when we had suitcases. and there was no air conditioning and only a noisy fan! also, the bar downstairs made the room noisy at night. i couldn't sleep well.

efficient check-in daily housekeeping varied selection
i was greeted warmly upon arrival and check-in was efficient. the room was very clean and well kept with daily housekeeping. the breakfast offered a varied selection of items and i found it quite satisfying.
the street noise was a bit noticeable at times, even with the windows closed.

the hotel is located a short walk from public transport including tram and metro. many restaurants surround the hotel. one can reach the old town square and other sights with a walk of 10-15 minutes.

small room poor breakfast
the staff seemed pleasant and helpful enough.
The room i got was small, and it felt really cramped, like a storage closet. Definitely not worth the money i paid. the noise level was terrible i could hear everything happening outside and in neighboring rooms so it was hard to get any sleep. also, the breakfast was just ok nothing special and definitely not what i expect from a place like this.

The staff was really helpful. I liked that the hotel's location was amazing too! Breakfast included many options. I found the breakfast to be very nice.
The sound insulation was not very good. I could hear everything from the next rooms like sneezing and snoring! The cleanliness was below expectations. I noticed that the wall and the carpet had stains.

convenient location, basic room
complimentary water good selection
the staff provided complimentary water at arrival, something i needed. breakfast had a good selection of food. i was also given a voucher for drinks. the location was ideal, close to the city center.
the room i got was too small and felt very warm. ventilation was not good, and there was only a fan available. i noticed the ceiling sloped since it was on the top floor. there wasnt enough space for personal belongings.
