clean room fresh variety helpful staff uncomfortable bed boiled egg smell bad food

The room was lovely and clean. I had all the amenities one could need. The windows opened in my room which was wonderful. Breakfast had a large fresh variety. The staff were wonderful and helpful.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. One must pass through the restaurant to reach the elevators, and the smell in this area was like boiled eggs. I tried room dining, but the food was so bad.

The location was AMAZING!! The room was beautiful and very clean. It was also equipped well. I loved the amenities at the hotel.

The breakfast could be improved. There is no sauna or steam bath. It shows a 5-star rating, but there is only a reception, gym, and small bar.

the location was quite convenient for accessing the city center

the room service food was quite disappointing i found the coffee and dessert at the cafe downstairs to be particularly bad it was the worst i had during my time here
