The reception staff were really helpful. they assisted with directions and local tips. the breakfast was varied and plentiful. i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries. The food was amazing!!!

The parking situation was disorganized. it was difficult to find a spot, even though i was a guest. my room lacked a kettle. This was a significant oversight. the bathroom was quite small. It felt cramped.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices and the coffee was good. I found bottled water and tea in the room and that was convenient. The location had trams nearby and it was easy to get around.

The windows did not block noise. I could hear the morning traffic clearly. The sound insulation was bad. It made sleeping difficult.

the breakfast was fantastic, excellent. i appreciated the large selection of foods available. i was really impressed with the barista service. the location worked great because a tram stop was very near the hotel. it made getting around the city easy.

the gym required a fee. i think this is unfair to charge for hotel guests who wants to use the fitness facilities.

I found the breakfast selection excellent. There was a barista available, a feature I particularly appreciated (especially as a coffee enthusiast).

The air conditioning in my room struggled a bit. It didn't quite cool the entire space effectively. I thought the bathroom was a little small given the size of the room.
