i found the staff very helpful and professional . the hotel's location was also great because it was walkable to many restaurants and shops
the room smelled musty upon entering and this smell did not go away even after i opened the window. the bathroom was also quite small though it was clean

The reception team provided helpful recommendations for dinner spots. I received a free upgrade to a junior suite, a pleasant surprise. The bed featured excellent pillows and linens ensuring restful sleep.. The bathroom amenities provided were quite nice.
My room had limited outlets which sometimes made charging devices inconvenient.

The hotel is close to the main square , made exploration easy. The cruise ship terminal is right across the street from the hotel. It's also about a 20-minute walk from the train and bus station.

The hotel's location is very convenient. It offers easy access to nearby attractions. I found the breakfast buffet to be extensive. It featured a wide variety of options. The staff were professional and helpful. They promptly addressed all my inquiries. My room was modern and well-kept, I appreciated the cleanliness.
I noticed that some outlets in my room were not ideally placed. This presented a minor inconvenience.
