inadequate soundproofing disruptive noise

The location proved acceptable. It allowed convenient access to nearby attractions.

The soundproofing was inadequate. Noise from adjacent rooms disrupted my sleep, i could clearly hear conversations and other disturbances. this significantly detracted from the restful environment i expect .

my lake view room offered amazing views. the hotel location is great with easy access to the boats for the island.

mixed feelings about the stay

limited view difficult access

the room i booked supposedly had a lake view, but it barely delivered. i had to stand on the bed or peek from the bathroom to catch a glimpse (i felt a bit ridiculous doing that). the windows were practically on the ceiling, weird. also, getting my luggage up three stories with no lift was not my idea of fun (my arms are still aching). there was no shower gel in the bathroom, a basic i expect.

Wonderful Stay at the Lake

amazing location charging station friendly staff

The location was amazing. I found parking easy and it has a charging station for electric cars. The views from every window are gorgeous. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The Suite Lake View has classical furnishings. It felt luxurious to stay here. Nice linens and metallic shutters helped sleeping.

The hotel included fruits, candies and chocolates in the rooms. Breakfast was excellent and had good variety. I enjoyed a amazing shrimp bisque.
