the hotel offered multiple restaurants and food choices. this was more than i expected.

I found service to be lacking. I had to request coffee service at breakfast. it took a very long time to get a waiter's attention in the lobby bar. for the money, i should not need to chase down staff.

The hotel looked nice initially, BUT issues surfaced. Housekeeping missed cleaning our room one day, frustrating. the promised sea view from our room was partially obstructed by trees. This felt misleading given the premium price we paid. A FULLY clear view was expected.

The reception area offers a good welcome with really kind staff. My room included nice amenities from Acqua di Parma. An Illy expresso machine was available in the room, I also found a huge Samsung TV. Daily housekeeping restocked the room with water regularly.

The pool bar service was chaotic and the wait times were sometimes long.

charming viewpure bliss

the view from my room felt endless, such a charming collection room sea view it was. breakfast outside was nothing less than pure bliss each morning, it made my heart sing.

i noticed the minibar service was somewhat limited, it would have been lovely to have more options available without seeking out the butler's corner.

The hotel is architecturally appealing and very clean. I found the location serene near the water. The restaurants provided quality meals. Dining at Sophia offered an very nice ocean view from the deck.. the breakfast buffet had many options. The staff provided warm welcomes and efficient service throughout my stay.

I noticed people placed towels on sunbeds early, made securing one later difficult, despite posted notices.

the wedding gift was a nice touch. i received complimentary champagne upon arrival. i also enjoyed a delicious cake at breakfast. the hotel gifted it to us.

the minibar WAS completely empty. this is unacceptable. the air conditioning did not stay on when i left the room. this was uncomfortable.

I noticed some issues . The minibar was empty, I did expect it to be stocked in a hotel of this standard. The air conditioning system would turn off whenever I left the room. This made returning to a stuffy room very unpleasant. The limited number of sunbeds near the beach was disappointing. I found many were reserved with towels, yet unoccupied for hours, and the staff did not seem to enforce the policy about removing unattended items.
