a large, complimentary car park was a bonus (saved us some money!). our arrival was met with warmth, very endearing. our chosen room offered ample space and amazing cleanliness, and the shower delivered a strong cascade of water, so refreshing.

i found a little noise coming from the hallway late at night, but it quieted down quickly.

the staff were lovely people. a big beer garden is behind the pub with a bar. they cooked spanish tapas and pizza there. dinner in the formal dining room was delicious. the room was clean and felt homely to me.

i noticed some mould on the wall under the windows when i walked in, though it was very slight.
