Royal Treatment!!!

classic style quiet room attentive staff

The hotel is decorated beautifully with a classic style. The rooms are HUGE and very quiet. The location IS fantastic. It's right on the main square. The staff members were helpful and attentive. They catered to all my needs.

The room was a bit dark in the entrance. One of the down lighters was out and I had trouble seeing into the safe. I reported it, but it wasn't changed.

Breakfast offered both a buffet and a menu. I found many choices. I tried the french toast. It wasn't too sweet. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I recommend it highly.

The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. I felt very welcomed. The king-size bed was very comfortable. The room included a work desk, wardrobe, and coat stand. I loved the period features.

The hotel has a restaurant and bar downstairs. Both are lovely. There is a library just outside the room. A shuttle service is available. I took it and safety was good. They organised all trips and transport.

I appreciated the central location. It provided easy access to many attractions. the complimentary coffee was a welcome perk, especially in the mornings. the breakfast offered lots of choices. The eggs benedict were particularly delicious!!!

the location is unbeatable. the hotel offered complimentary coffee each day. breakfast included lots of options. the staff were helpful and quick to replace our steaks when they were overdone. the bed provided great comfort.

the location was acceptable due to its central position.

The service was not what i expected from a hotel like this. Staff was annoyed by questions rather than helpful. breakfast lacked quality, falling far short of five-star standards. this poor service really marred the experience.
