the central location met my expectations, proving convenient for accessing city attractions.

The room thermostat was dysfunctional. I was unable to adjust the temperature properly. also, housekeeping did not replace towels , i Found This Unacceptable. the promised amenities were not fully delivered.

I found everything clean and top quality. I also enjoyed the plentiful breakfast options. The friendly staff helped. The hotel reception has a beautiful scent as you enter.

My reserved room showed full windows , but the room I was assigned had a tiny attic window and skylights.

I found the location very convenient to visit local attractions. Wawel castle was only a short walk away. The main square was also easily accessible on foot. The room had air conditioning that worked effectively .

I noticed the hairdryer paused intermittently. It seemed to require a cooling period after brief usage, which extended the time needed for drying hair.

the hotel is in a great, central location, very close to everything. bakeries and coffee shops are conveniently located next door to the hotel. it's perfect for exploring the city's attractions.

My room, a studio apartment, it feature high ceilings. Everything appear clean, and the staff possess good manners. Location is in a quite street. It provide restful sleep.

My room have a yellow LED light outside, it stay on all night. Light seep into the room despite drawn blinds. Shower kit include only a two-in-one body and hair wash. Manager say this is for ecological reasons, but it come in a plastic bottle.

The breakfast dining room was sumptuous. The hotel location allowed easy access to transportation. I also found the staff very helpful with local information. I especially appreciated their meal recommendations away from the tourist prices. The expansive breakfast options were amazing. The breakfast buffet included lots of choice of good fresh food and hot food prepared by the chef. The hotel is new, so it looks modern. The room was big and very clean with a clean bathroom and a good shower.

A Fair Stay Experience

The room was lovely. It included a big room with a TV and everything you need, which I greatly appreciated. The staff at the reception were super friendly and helpful and this.

The breakfast felt a bit overpriced. I think the cost didn't quite match the value. Housekeeping was disappointing, they only made the bed and didn't change the towels. This was really inconvenient!
