Excellent Stay with Helpful Staff!

The hotel staff was very nice. They upgraded my room at no cost. I had a bigger room. It was beautiful. It also had a very nice shower and a little balcony. For exploring, I got great recommendations from the hotel staff.

The hotel is located just behind the San Giovanni Church. It is close to the city center, yet it is outside the restricted traffic zones. This helped me a lot. The availability of parking is a significant advantage.

The staff were amazing and could not do more for me! They went out of their way to provide everything I needed. One evening I was back late, and they still made an effort to provide me with some Italian snacks.

lovely stay near the colosseum

quick check-in efficient check-in pleasant surprise rainfall shower

check-in was quick and efficient. my room upgrade to a superior double room was a pleasant surprise. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i appreciated the short walk to the metro station.

the walls seemed a bit thin, as i could sometimes hear noises from the hallway.

The staff was very helpful with directions. My room had a nice tv. The air conditioning worked very well. I appreciated the elevator. It made moving luggage easy (very important for me!).

tasteful decoration helpful staff outdoor space

the room was spacious and tastefully decorated it had all expected amenities i found the metro station close by it made getting around easy the staff were very friendly and helpful they assisted with directions and local information. the hotel grounds were well maintained the outdoor spaces provided a relaxing atmosphere i noticed a variety of plants and seating areas throughout the premises the location felt safe with shops and restaurants nearby. the cleanliness was excellent my room was super clean the beds were comfortable i also found the breakfast area clean and well organized

i found the acoustics not great you could hear noises from the corridor and neighboring rooms easily

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our quadruple room had a beautiful high ceiling and a nice balcony. It also featured a lovely view of the ancient wall nearby. The hotel is conveniently situated less than 20 minutes walk from Termini central station. A metro station is seven minutes away on foot.

The breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of hot food options.
