stylish hotel with attentive service

welcome shot delicious food friendly staff beautiful lobby

the rooftop mexican restaurant was a definite highlight i was greeted with a welcome shot of mezcal the food was delicious and the staff were wonderful i promptly made reservations for the following evening another mezcal shot followed the meal i found this really good. the entrance lobby and bar are beautifully designed areas the staff at the front desk were friendly and gave clear instructions for reaching the rooftop bar i particularly appreciated their cute attitude and readiness to assist.

during my stay i noticed some slight wear and tear within my room while overall pleasant the shower temperature was sometimes inconsistent and some paintwork showed minor chipping such minor issues did not greatly affect my visit but they were noticeable.

the hotel is conveniently located just minutes from the tiber and the vibrant trastevere area the hotel provides easy access to many major sites it provides a great base for exploring local attractions with many places within walking distance

the staff demonstrated excellent service throughout my stay they were attentive and helpful providing recommendations for local restaurants the staff assisted with organising reservations this made our evenings enjoyable and the entire experience was upgraded with their care

breakfast in the bright hotel cafe featured options like eggs pastries yogurts and fresh juices the cafe provided an array of choices prepared to order macchiatos and cappuccinos were also made to order starting each day on a positive note

excessive noise firm mattress

The staff was helpful. The location is amazing, within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants.

The room was excessively noisy. I could clearly hear neighbors above and next to me. Bass radiated from the bar below, disrupting sleep. I found the mattress uncomfortably firm, resulting in sore shoulders and neck. I had to buy earplugs.

tasty choices vegan solutions central location efficient staff

Breakfast offered many tasty choices and catered to my vegan needs with thoughtful solutions. I felt genuinely cared for. The location allowed easy walks to cultural sites and quiet evenings. Its central location made exploration simple, and the staff was cute and efficient.

The bathroom fan did not seem to be working. It was supposedly automatic. The room was a little too dark for my liking, though i adjusted. I found it acceptable.

amazing team italian cocktails great drinks

the staff were amazing, especially francesca and her team. they were friendly and accommodating. the highlight was the bartending master class led by alessandro. he taught us a lot about italian cocktails. We had great drinks there.

friendly staff great location

the staff was consistently helpful and friendly. they quickly arranged a taxi for me upon my departure. the location is excellent and very close to many good restaurants , everything felt within easy walking distance.

the elevator had an unpleasant odor on occasion.

the hotel staff offered a complimentary welcome drink and even delivered a prosecco bottle to my room. i found helpful advice at the front desk regarding local attractions. the bar area created a nice atmosphere, complete with well-crafted cocktails.

i observed some minor wear on paintwork , mostly small chips.
