The suites were spacious and well kept upon our arrival. Staff members assisted with our luggage both on arrival and departure. I found this very helpful. The location is indeed safe, a short walk from the Pantheon.
The lift was out of service for eight hours. The hot water stopped working during the power outage. I found locating items in the dark difficult without a generator.

I stayed in a beautiful double room. The room provided plenty of SPACE for luggage. The bathroom had great water pressure. The staff was helpful with dining recommendations. I received timely email communication prior to arrival.
The air conditioner blasted right over the bed, making it UNCOMFORTABLE at times.

The front desk staff is attentive. The staff constantly greets guests. They offer HELP and are genuine. The front desk manager helped make everything easy. Staff provide assistance with luggage and transportation.
