The hotel offered a wonderful experience. I received an upgrade to the panoramic room with a City View terrace. A bottle of Prosecco greeted me upon arrival. It was A NICE touch!

The room lighting did not function properly . The hotel staff could not fix it. I spent several nights with INADEQUATE light. I expected better maintenance from a hotel of this caliber.

I found the location excellent. it allowed easy access to major attractions. the hotel also gifted a bottle of prosecco to the room upon my arrival. i also appreciated the daily delivery of bottled water and chocolate each evening.

the gym was quite small. it does have a glass floor showing ancient ruins beneath! but the equipment felt minimal.

The rooftop restaurant presented amazing city views. the staff was very helpful. They really were pretty good. i loved the new modern rooms. the hotel is near many dinner options. That was really handy.

the minibar was extortionate. a tiny bottle of water cost 5 euro and a can of coke cost 8 euro. i think there was no luxury feeling throughout. it is not what i would expect when paying for a five star hotel. that was not good.

The absence of designated parking caused considerable inconvenience. The photos misrepresented the room. My view differed greatly from an advertised cityscape. I found these discrepancies unacceptable for a hotel of this claimed caliber, specifically a hotel promising luxury amenities. These missteps greatly affected my stay. I expect accurate representation and convenient services.

the location was convenient for seeing many attractions on foot. the staff at reception was very helpful with directions and information. i appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks available in the lobby throughout the day. the rooftop restaurant provided nice views during dinner.

i found the gym equipment limited, with only a few machines available. housekeeping forgot to replace toiletries one day . light's didn't work. The hotel team couldn't fix it.

the location was good, placing me within walking distance of key attractions.

I encountered a couple of significant issues . the noise from the rooftop bar was excessive, continuing until late and disrupting sleep. additionally, the breakfast service felt disorganized. I often waited for replenishment of dishes and experienced long queues at the coffee machine.
