faulty shower door double sided tape

my stay wasn't quite what i had hoped for. the shower door in the bathroom didn't close properly, quite inconvenient. also, there wasn't a designated place to hang wet towels, and the shower gel dispenser fell off the wall. it seemed like a quick fix using double-sided tape, not really up to standard.

excellent location near transportation

helpful personnel comfortable room modern bathroom

i found the staff very helpful. they assisted me to book a ticket to musei vaticani. they also sent my san eustachio cafe purchase to my home country via post. rooms were comfortable clean and modern and bathrooms were also.

i experienced some issues with the bathroom. the shower door did not close properly. there was nowhere to hang wet towels.

the hotel is near castro pretorio metro station. this allows quick connection to different monuments. its proximity offers easy access to transportation.

The location was acceptable , very close to everything.

The reception staff was too much for me. I wasn't allowed to take my own bags to my room. The shower door did not close properly , and there was nowhere to hang wet towels.

Such an awesome stay!

friendly welcome free drinks remodeled room

Roberto welcomed us so nicely! He brought us drinks right away. Our room, a remodeled delight, had everything we needed. Daily happy hour on the roof with free drinks was a plus!

The front desk felt a bit much for us. They was very friendly, but almost too friendly!
