Acceptable stay
luxury products really good bedding excellent staff limited menu cigarette smell sleep disturbance
The hotel is beautiful. Luxury products were in the bathroom. The bed and bedding were really good. I found the staff excellent.
My room service menu was limited. The restaurant menu was quite limited. I was obliged to close my window. This was to avoid the cigarette smell of guests smoking outside in front of the hotel. After the last restaurant guests left, they seemed to move around tables. It disturbed my sleep each night.

a tender Krakow escape
clean room comfortable bed thoughtful touch
I found our beautiful king room clean and quiet. It was a true sanctuary after our travels! the bed was comfortable, and the pillow menu was such a thoughtful touch, allowing me to select the perfect support for a restful sleep, the staff cared. the hotel also arranged a ride from the airport, it was punctual and comfortable.
The limited room service menu presented a slight challenge as it only included options from the restaurant. I wish there were additional choices for late-night cravings

The rooms feature usb charging ports. A heated floor added a touch of luxury to the bathroom. the large sink and the nice shower amenities enhanced the experience. It made getting ready a true joy and start the day refreshed.

The staff displayed patience and kindness. Their willingness to show my friend several rooms before she decided was amazing! they were very attentive. arranging transport to another city was so easy.

Really good Hotel Experience
beautiful interior excellent service wide selection
The hotel is beautiful with amazing interiors in both public areas and rooms. I found the service to be versatile and excellent. Breakfast included a wide selection of both savory and sweet options, along with many fresh vegetables and fruits. The bar and patio deserve special mention for their excellent service and products.

The spa features a pleasant, small pool with jacuzzi and waterfall functions. Everything is decorated in gold, giving it a luxurious feel, and there are two small saunas available. Towels are great quality.

The hotel is close to the river. It is also near the cathedral and castle, only a few minutes walk away. This proximity makes it an ideal base for sightseeing and exploring key attractions.

Every staff member was friendly and cute. They were really nice too. The reception staff was always ready to help with all customer wishes making the stay perfect.

friendly staff helpful staff spa area limited menu cigarette smell disturbing noise
the staff were helpful and friendly i had breakfast in bed it was a recommendation i used the spa area daily
the room service menu was limited to the restaurant's menu i had to close my window to avoid the cigarette smell of guests smoking outside i could hear restaurant guests moving tables after hours which disturbed my sleep

Underwhelming Stay at a Pricey Hotel
inconsistent staff excessive waiting time
I found problems with the service . I had to wait an excessive time to get served outside. Staff attitude seemed inconsistent. It needs improvements . I found a lack of attentiveness from the staff.
