Really good Stay, Highly Recommended!!!

The location was SUPERB! Tauron Arena is within easy walking distance. This made the concert attendance stress-free. The rooms were SPACIOUS and clean. High-quality beds ensured restful nights. Staff members were professional and always ready to help, guaranteeing a great experience. The breakfast was varied. Many tasty options satisfied everyone.

I had a SLIGHT issue with the bathroom light. It was broken. It was not fixed .

The breakfast included smoothies and a honeycomb. A chef custom-made your egg, omelette, or other breakfast requests. The variety of food was AMAZING!!!

The king guest room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The beds were comfortable and made it hard to leave in the morning. The room service was great!

The breakfast was varied and well-prepared. The hotel met my expectations.

The front desk staff failed to understand my request for a specific room orientation. I had to inspect several rooms before finding one that met my needs. Then, I asked for a late check-out to accommodate my late arrival, and I had to confirm this request again the following morning only to be contacted near the original check-out time, insisting I had forgotten the standard check-out policy.

excellent hotel experience

large lounge varied breakfast ample parking

the staff were polite, and the breakfasts were varied. i appreciated the large lounge area. it was nice. there was also plenty of parking available, so i had no issues finding a space.

i found that the gym was a bit small and crowded during peak hours.

The wellness area includes a swimming pool and spa. I used them both. the gym contains cardio equipment and weights. I used three treadmills. the hotel also provided complimentary cookies upon arrival.

the hotel provides convenient access to transportation. it is easy to get an uber from the hotel, and i visited the city center. the hotel is located in a quiet area, and i was able to relax.

The rooms include comfortable beds. the room size was great and very clean. i was able to rest after my trips. my room included bathrobes and slippers. I found these touches very welcome.
