spacious room modern feel rooftop pool

the room was spacious and modern. the bed was comfortable.. it offered a luxurious feel. the rooftop pool and bar provided great views and sun beds.

the gym had minimal equipment.

mixed experience at the hotel

slow service incorrect orders

the location was acceptable. the metro station was conveniently located nearby.

i encountered issues with the room service. i waited an excessive amount of time for food at the rooftop pool. my drink orders were also incorrect on multiple occasions. the luggage service was not up to standard, as i had to bring my luggage to my room myself.

Excellent Stay with a Fantastic Rooftop Bar!!!

helpful staff daily breakfast superb bar

The hotel staff was polite and helpful. They gave good suggestions. Daily breakfast included individual dishes of eggs, fruit, cheese, meat, croissants, bread, and juices. The rooftop bar and pool area are superb with magnificent views and a lovely space to relax.

The shower water pressure was weak. It took a long time to get warm. Hot water only worked on the full hot setting.

inadequate gym uncomfortable bed

the room was spacious and clean, it had all necessities.

The gym was super small and inadequate. I have never seen such a badly equipped gym at any hotel. the bed wasn't comfortable either, which really detracted from my stay.
