amazing staff personal touches

The A+ staff made it hard to leave , they were amazing. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner at both restaurants and appreciated all the personal touches like the welcome note and turn down chocolates.

helpful staff beautiful pool amazing garden cloudy water underwhelming service long delay

the hotel staff helped us a lot. cristobal quickly came to the car and helped us out of a tricky situation, i am grateful. the hotel has a beautiful pool and gardens. i really liked it.

the tap water was cloudy when turned on. i had to let it run for a while before it was clear. the service throughout our stay was underwhelming. we had to called twice before receiving bottled water.

Really good Hospitality

attentive staff modern equipment natural light prompt room service

The staff was attentive , providing assistance without hesitation. The gym had modern equipment, including three treadmills and several stationary bikes. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows that brought in ample natural light. I found the room service prompt , delivering my order within thirty minutes.

I noticed some wear and tear on the patio furniture.
