Romantic getaway
city view crafts shop local birds
The hotel has Andes, Cerro San Cristobal park, and city views from the room. A crafts shop is available on the floor below the lobby, with textiles and ceramics made in Chile (i bought gifts there). I appreciated sitting in the backyard and seeing local birds. I appreciate that the staff was able to accommodate my request for late check-out.
The pillows emitted an unpleasant odor. Removing the covers, i discovered yellow-stained inner pillows. Housekeeping did supply replacement pillows in better condition, but the experience undermined my confidence in the bedding.

The restaurant has an extensive menu with plant-based options. These options are clearly marked and affordable. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet with a great selection. There are also bars on the 21st floor .

The hotel is close to Jumbo Hypermarket (it's a short walk). There are a few shops within walking distance for water and snacks. A bus stop is a few minutes away. It's a 10-15 minute walk to bars and restaurants.

The hotel provides an outdoor pool and an indoor pool. The gym is available . There is also a lobby bar. The pool has cabanas to hang out in.

The concierge staff and front desk's night staff were pleasant. The staff are cute, friendly and helpful. There was always somebody available who could speak english. A younger door staff brought a smile to my face (he is a gem!).

Rooms have air conditioning, a fridge, an iron, robes, and slippers. Blackout blinds are a welcome bonus in the room. The room size was good. The room has a city view and comfortable beds.
