delicious breakfast early check in convenient location faulty air conditioning unhelpful staff different room
the breakfast are lovely i felt a joy. a early check in happen and that was so so wonderful after a long flight. the location is convenient i walked to all the major sightseeing attractions.
the air conditioning was faulty i felt a little disappointment. i moved rooms the following day it felt better. the reception staff were unhelpful i felt ignored.

mixed feelings about design and service
impractical room poor lighting
the library had a nice selection of wine available.
the room was not practical. it had a sliding half frosted glass door, so i could see the outline of my roommate on the toilet. there were also no lights in the working area.

convenient location sufficient breakfast spacious room street noise bathroom layout minibar pricing
the location was convenient. i found the room to be quite spacious. breakfast was included, and there was a sufficient offering of options (though nothing particularly stood out).
My room faced the street and i experienced noticeable noise (especially early in the morning). the bathroom layout was odd. A partial glass partition separated the toilet, so privacy was limited. the minibar pricing felt excessive (even for a hotel).

good location rooftop bar helpful staff glass door poor lighting impractical design
the location is good, near cerro santa lucia. The rooftop bar offered enjoyable moments. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist.
the room design prioritized style over practicality. The half-frosted glass door lacked privacy for the toilet area. Lighting was inadequate, with bright ceiling lights near the door but insufficient light for the desk.
