mixed feelings about room size and service
brick wallstreet repair
the staff were nice. however, only rooms have a view or a proper window.. i booked a premium room and all i could see was a brick wall. it is not their fault, but they should mention this in the descriptions. also, the street was under repair. it was challenging to get in and out of the hotel.

I enjoyed the rooftop bar a lot, especially with the great service from Daniel. The location was also convenient, as I could easily walk to main attractions. I found the hotel very clean and beautifully maintained.
The room decor felt slightly old and could benefit from an upgrade, though this did not significantly impact my stay.

The staff members were polite and helpful. The doormen were always ready to assist. The reception staff were very attentive and accommodating (a real pleasure). This level of attentiveness greatly enhanced my experience.

the hotel staff was amazing and they surprised me with flowers for my honeymoon. daniel at the rooftop bar was super friendly i would definitely come back. the location in district 1 is unbeatable with main attractions within walking distance. breakfast offers a wide range of western and local options.

staff was nice and helpful . the rooftop hot tub had great city views. complimentary afternoon tea and breakfast existed. drinks at the bar by harvey were fabulous.
room corridors had a decor needing an upgrade. damages existed like tiles, flooring, and wallpaper.

the staff showed real hospitality. the rooftop bar provided fine views. i enjoyed tasty cocktails there. i found the jacuzzi area great for relaxation after a day exploring.
The street had ongoing repairs. It made getting to the hotel a little difficult. it was nothing terrible, though.

the rooftop bar featured uninterrupted views of the river. daniel, the bartender. breakfast was complimentary and offered a great selection. afternoon tea was also provided each day, which i found good.
the room was a bit small. the bathroom door's location felt awkward, it made access difficult
