the staff were really friendly and helpful. the room was pretty big and clean with a massive bed. parking was convenient with large spaces. the hotel also has a dog park just opposite, my teddy enjoyed running around there.

my online check in did not work. i had to queue for a while to check in at the reception.

the location is great for getting to restaurants and shops. there is also a nice walking path along the river. the gym includes three treadmills plus two stationary bikes for guest use .

the gym seemed modern and clean, acceptable.

The air conditioning in the room barely worked, even after waiting for an engineer for over an hour it was still too hot... the shower was also oddly designed. It was hard to get it working and felt unsafe because there was no anti-slip mat in the bath.
