friendly staff massive bed convenient parking dog park

the staff were really friendly and helpful. the room was pretty big and clean with a massive bed. parking was convenient with large spaces. the hotel also has a dog park just opposite, my teddy enjoyed running around there.

my online check in did not work. i had to queue for a while to check in at the reception.

I found the staff very attentive. my room stayed clean. the gym had modern equipment. I used the treadmill daily. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It included many choices..

the parking fee felt quite high, even for a city center. i think it could be more affordable for hotel guests.

the gym seemed modern and clean, acceptable.

The air conditioning in the room barely worked, even after waiting for an engineer for over an hour it was still too hot... the shower was also oddly designed. It was hard to get it working and felt unsafe because there was no anti-slip mat in the bath.

the room was spacious and clean, it featured a massive bed. the shower was also great, it helped me to relax after a long day.

the location was decent it was close enough to the center

i was disappointed with the room i booked a superior double or twin room but the noise levels were unacceptable i could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent rooms it reminded me of there was no soundproofing at all
